This is my favorite type of video to record because in just three months, the site featured in the first episode of Unboxed SEO has grown their search traffic wildly, which has led to a 201% increase in revenue year on year. For those that don’t remember, three months ago, I published this video, which tore down the SEO problems of the furniture market. Now they were quick to integrate the advice and because of that, they’ve gone on to see some pretty incredible results. So let’s take a look at how that looks in Ahrefs, which is a dashboard we use to monitor and drive things.
Now you can see that they’re increasing in domain rating. They’ve got an increase in referring domains, organic traffic and organic keywords, which is exactly the kind of thing we want to see. And we can delve down here a little bit more and we can see they used to have 932 top three positions and now that’s grown to 1,578. Jumping into Google analytics, we can see traffic’s being taken from, what, around six, 700, 800 a day here, and is now jumping between 1,700 on the low end and at the end of the month, we closed out, I can’t get it, on 2,700 organic traffic per day, which, of course, has increased transactions by two, sorry, increased revenue by 201%, which is three X, we’ve three times revenue year on year.
